MS~The crazy MonSter!

Hi eveyone,
Just another day in the life of a crocheter with MS. MS is driving me insane this week. The last couple of days have been so frustrating. I am stumbling for words, my brain is foggy and my balance is off. Oh well, I know life has to go on.

Along with 2 extra dogs this week, my son left the deep freeze open for 2 days. Yep, it was a mess. Had to throw just about everything away. Another bump in the road! The dogs have not been that bad but are a handful and with me not feeling well, it just adds to my chaos.

I am however trying to crochet today. A last minute order for a cowboy hat and boots came in today. Its for a friend so I hate to say No, plus the extra money is always nice.

That is me trying to be stronger than I am and do things I shouldn't do. I try to prove to myself that I can do things. Of course, when I can't or it becomes to much; I feel like crap emotionally and with my physical limitations this week, it makes for a mess.

This week the news of Robin Williams suicide has rocked the whole world and me. I totally understand the feeling of worthlessness and that people would be better off without you. I struggle with those same thoughts sometimes. Luckily, my hubby and friends help pull me through in my darkest days. Robin was an awesome man! Its a shame that through all the happiness he brought the world, he could not find his own happiness.

The other day I told you a little about me, well here is some more :). My three children are my world. Kirstie, my oldest, is 23 and a 1st grade teacher. Jacob, my middle, is 22 and an assistant electrician for a major oilfield company. Bransen, my youngest, is 19 and will be starting college next week.
Time sure does fly when you have kids. Only my middle is living on his own, my oldest came back when she graduated in May.

They were all born with congenital heart defects but have over come them. My youngest is the only one who still lives with issues everyday of his life. I will elaborate more in a later post. All in all they have been great kids. Im looking forward to maybe having grandkids one day.

I also have 2 fur babies. Mia is a boxer. We adopted her just 4 months ago. She is 4 years old but is finally coming out of her shell. She is such a good dog, listens well and does what we say. She even has her own way of communicating with us. She kind of has this little humming language. It is really funny. She loves attention! I will post a picture of her for y'all to see since I posted a picture of Ollie on his birthday.

Ollie, he is a goofy, talented, happy, handsome boy. He just made a year old and we have had him since he was 9 weeks. He is a Labradoodle and has the best personality. He doesn't have a mean ball in his body. He loves to play fetch although, he doesn't always give you back the ball right away. He is so full of energy. I wish he could give me some of that energy, especially on weeks like this one. Eventually, we may get him trained as an assistance dog. I think that he would make a great one. He loves people and he already helps me a lot. He can open doors and bring things to me, he just doesn't do them every time LOL! Guess he is still learning.

I think its time for a nap and then to do some crocheting. Hope you all are having a wonderful week!
Hugs & Best Stitches!
Jen
